Internal - Tracing DCV Email Not Received

  1. visit https://logs.comodoca.net
  2. Discover (top left)
  3. In search enter the destination email address in question (example: "[email protected]" - Include the quotes)
  4. Assuming you get a hit, click on it and copy the camail.deliveryid field
  5. paste the deliveryid into the search bar, You should get at least two results this time, one will be the record you just found the delivery id in, the other will be the results of the attempted delivery. The delivery attempt will have a field called "camail.deliveryresult" which will show whether it was delivered successfully or not. Also included is camail.details which will tell you any additional information like why the delivery failed, or what the remote server told us when it accepted the mail.
