To solve this problem when adding the DCV email a PSL exception must be created so we can add the email and send it to the customer.
-Email DBA and support explaining and requesting to create the exception.
-Upon confirmation of the exception we should add the email from the WHOIS as usual and send it to the customer.
This cannot be a permanent solution, it must be done every cert they buy.
