Sectigo will not issue any certificate for the "in-addr.arpa" domains due to name' in those requests is not valid for the (special) domain namespace under which they are requested.
Customer should use different TLD/ccTLD/gTLD such as .com, .org, .uk and so on.
Any request that contain "in-addr.arpa", it will result with a Pre Sign Failed error, since the FQDN is invalid.

Presumably the ZLint developers added this check for good reasons though.
If the requester thinks that ZLint behaviour is unreasonable, then they should take up the matter directly with the ZLint developers.
